Shipping conditions
Shipping costs (including VAT). We process and ship orders during our business hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

For orders with a merchandise value below €85, the shipping costs amount to €5.95.
We offer free shipping on orders over €85.00.

Since we ship exclusively with DPD, shipping to parcel lockers is unfortunately not possible.
However, if there is a DPD PickUp Shop near you, you can use that as your shipping address!

Express shipping:

If you need it quickly, you also have the option of booking express delivery. With express shipping, your order (placed before 12:00) will arrive the next working day.
Shipping costs amount to €13.95.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate shipping costs abroad as a flat rate as follows:

Austria, BeneLux: €12.95

Italy, Malta: €13.95

Czech Republic, Denmark, Liechtenstein, France, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary: €19.95

Spain, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Norway: €29.95

Switzerland: €39.95

Delivery times:

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 2-4 days, and international deliveries take 7-10 days after conclusion of the contract (or, if prepayment is agreed, after receipt of your payment). Please note that delivery times may not always be guaranteed during special promotions such as discount offers.

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
