Click on the profile icon in the shop's menu and log in with your email address.
Return period: 14 days from receipt of goods.

Once you have verified your customer account, you can request a return. If your order contains more than one item, select the items you wish to return.

Select a reason for return and add a note for the shop if needed. Your return request will be reviewed as quickly as possible (usually within 1-2 business days).

Once your return has been approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. As we are a small company, we are unfortunately unable to cover return shipping costs. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.

Include the delivery note in your package. Please be sure to return the shoes in their original shoebox – not in the shoebox itself as shipping packaging , but in an additional cardboard box.
Should the shoebox be damaged or used as shipping packaging, we will have to deduct €5 for repackaging .

What happens if I receive a damaged item?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at mail@espadrij.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will find a solution as quickly as possible!
Do you offer an exchange?
Since we are a small company, we had to decide, for cost reasons and to simplify processes, to no longer offer direct exchanges.
We therefore ask you to place a new order if needed.
How long do I have to return my order?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt.
