Your order does not fit or is not your type? 

Within 14 days you can return your order

All products must be unworn. If the product has been damaged, stained or worn, it will not be refunded and will be returned directly to the buyer. Products with hangtag must not have the hangtag removed. All shoes must be returned in their original box. We reserve the right to withhold a flat €5 from the refund amount if packaging is missing or damaged.

The return costs are to be carried by the buyer.

In order for us to process your returned order it is important to include your return
papers. If these are no longer existing your name and order number will be sufficient.
If these informations are not given we cannot process your returned order.

As soon as we have received your returned order, we will process it. If we accept
your return the amount will be credited back to your chosen payment option.

Your return will be processed and refunded upon receipt, within 14 buisness days.

Please note that returns are collected and bundled so it may take a few days
for the refund to arrive.
